New "Wolverine" and "Hulk" Photos

British magazine Empire has scored some pretty sweet exclusive superhero photos today. We’ve already seen photos for both X-Men Origins: Wolverine and The Incredible Hulk, but these should keep us content until we get trailers for each of them.

X-Men Origins: Wolverine, which is currently filming down in New Zealand and will arrive in theaters on May 1st, 2009. The film is directed by Oscar-winning filmmaker Gavin Hood (Tsotsi) and written by David Benioff (25th Hour, Troy, The Kite Runner).
The Incredible Hulk is in post-production and will arrive in theaters on June 13th. The film is directed by French filmmaker Louis Leterrier (The Transporter, Unleashed, and The Transporter 2.) The film’s script was originally written by Zak Penn (Behind Enemy Lines, X-Men 2, X-Men 3), but after joining the film as the lead character Bruce Banner, Edward Norton himself took over the reigns and re-wrote the screenplay. The photo below gives us our first look at William Hurt as General Ross.
Both films look like they’re going to be great, I can’t wait to get more footage on them!
